Job Summary: The Rider Management Manager oversees the recruitment, training, and performance of delivery riders in Quick Commerce. This role ensures seamless last-mile delivery operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Rider Recruitment and Onboarding - Source, screen, and hire delivery riders - Conduct background checks and verification - Onboard riders with necessary training and equipment - Commercials negotiation 2. Rider Training and Development - Deliver training programs for riders - Help to design programs with L&D for riders - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements - Monitor rider performance and provide feedback 3. Rider Engagement and Retention - Foster positive relationships with riders - Address rider concerns and resolve issues - Implement incentives and recognition programs 4. Performance Management - Monitor rider performance metrics (e.g., delivery times, accuracy) - Conduct regular performance reviews - Develop improvement plans for underperforming riders - To remove non performer 5. Operational Efficiency - Optimize rider routes and schedules - Manage rider utilization and capacity - Ensure adherence to operational protocols Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 1. Rider hiring rate 2. Rider Retention rate 3. Rider rate card based on volume slabs & delivery schedules 4. Riders Schedule adherence ( shift based , slot based) & attendance 5.On-time delivery rate 6. Rider utilization rate 7. Customer satisfaction ratings 8. Safety incident rates 9. Compliance with regulatory requirements ( timely COD & Zero shipment damaged or lost & PODs) Skills Required: 1. Leadership and team management 2. Communication and interpersonal skills 3. Analytical and problem-solving skills 4. Familiarity with logistics and delivery operations of Rider management in QCom. 5.Knowledge of regulatory requirements & compliances
