Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Women’s Ethnic Wear Location: Rida Atelier, LB Nagar, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Monday to Sunday Timing : 11AM - 9PM Probation Period: 3 Months Salary : Upto 20,000/- --- About Us: Rida Atelier is a premium women’s ethnic clothing brand offering a wide range of designer outfits that blend tradition with modern elegance. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Senior Sales Executive to lead our store operations and drive sales performance while maintaining the brand’s excellence and customer satisfaction. --- Key Responsibilities: Sales & Growth: Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Implement effective sales strategies to increase footfall and conversions. Analyze sales data and plan promotional activities to boost revenue. Product & Fashion Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of women’s ethnic wear, including fabrics, materials, embroidery, and design trends. Stay updated with current fashion trends and customer preferences. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service. Monitor team performance and maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability. Operations Management: Handle daily store operations efficiently. Manage billing, inventory, and accounts through the POS system. Ensure timely management and display of new stock arrivals. Maintain accuracy in MRPs, discounts, and price tags. Customer & Vendor Relations: Provide outstanding customer service and manage client queries effectively. Coordinate with vendors for timely supply and quality maintenance. Build long-term relationships to ensure smooth operations. Events & Exposure: Plan and participate in exhibitions, expos, and events to promote brand visibility and sales growth. Reporting & Accountability: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Provide insights on sales trends, stock movement, and customer feedback. --- Requirements: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the women’s ethnic wear or fashion retail industry. Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery styles, and fashion trends. Proficiency in POS systems, billing, inventory, and basic accounting. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Highly responsible, punctual, and disciplined. Ability to work under pressure, especially during festive seasons. Should be available on weekends and festivals; weekly off will be on weekdays. Must be proactive, result-oriented, and target-driven. --- Terms & Conditions: Probation Period: 3 months. Confirmation will depend on performance. Notice Period: 1 month (both for resignation and termination). Termination Rights: The company reserves the right to terminate employment if performance or conduct does not meet brand standards.
