Key Responsibilities: Maintain proper records of receipts, issues, and returns of all materials and tools. Ensure accurate stock management, including physical verification and reconciliation. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchase and site teams for timely replenishment. Supervise unloading, storage, and issuance of materials in an orderly manner. Maintain records in Tally / Excel / ERP system and generate reports as required. Ensure material quality checks as per company procedures. Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and site engineers for dispatch and delivery. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the store area. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly stock and consumption reports to management. Requirements: Qualification: B.A / BBA / MBA (preferred specialization: Operations, Supply Chain, or General Management). 2–6 years of experience in store management, preferably in a construction, manufacturing, or project-based company. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or inventory software. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Male candidate preferred due to site/store operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP. Prepare and update vouchers, ledgers, and journal entries. Handle sales, purchase, and expense entries accurately. Assist in GST and TDS filing, reconciliations, and returns. Manage bank reconciliation statements and petty cash handling. Support monthly and yearly closing of accounts. Coordinate with auditors and provide required data. Prepare basic MIS reports and assist in financial documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. 1–4 years of experience in accounting or finance department. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting tools. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax procedures. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills.
