Experience Required- Min. 4 years in Real Estate 1. Identifying and generating new leads for property sales. 2. Maintaining good relations with Channel Partners 3. Explaining all the project details to clients and investors. 4. To take Follow-ups from clients on call or through meetings. 5. Handling meetings internally and outdoor with clients and Channel Partners 6. Handling team with efficiency. 7. By identifying new opportunities and closing deals. 8. Achieve Targets with team as per Management 9. Look after the Marketing part of the company- Printing, Branding, Events etc. 10. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales progress. 11. Promoting properties through various marketing channels.
