Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced (4-8 years) and proactive Operations Manager to lead our banking partnerships and DSA registration efforts with leading Banks and NBFCs. This is a core individual contributor role that will play a crucial part in building operational infrastructure from the ground up. You will be our first hire. Key Responsibilities: DSA and onboarding process with Banks and NBFCs Build and manage strong relationships with lending partners. Manage day-to-day operations related to loan processing and disbursals. Oversee and maintain our internal payout and commission systems. Coordinate between lender partners and internal tech/sales teams. Handle partner documentation, MIS, and reconciliation using Excel. Requirements: 1–4 years of experience in operations with a DSA, Bank, or NBFC. Strong understanding of the DSA model, especially Home Loans and Loan Against Property. Hands-on experience with loan disbursal lifecycle and payout management. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation processes.
