As a Content / Sr Content Writer at PhonePe Limited, you will play a crucial role in amplifying the voice of PhonePe to create a positive customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance how PhonePe interacts with its users by collaborating with peers in User Experience Design, Business, and Creative Tech to develop innovative interactive concepts and content strategies. Your strong analytical abilities will be utilized to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points, identifying communication changes based on analysis. On any given day, you will be involved in various tasks such as developing interactive chatbots, working on new interaction models on the PhonePe App, and supporting over 1,500 customer support executives to deliver exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will address diverse communication requests that come to the communication team's inbox, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in the dynamic customer service industry. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 4 years of experience in content writing, crafting videos/rich-media formats, and working with consumer internet products/apps. You should possess a deep understanding of customer psychology and have strong narrative skills. A key qualification is the ability to present and defend creative ideas that enhance customer experience, along with collaborating effectively with multiple teams. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and popular Content Management Systems is essential. Experience in working with customer experience teams will be advantageous.
