Shift Timing- 12 PM to 9 PM (5 days WFO) We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical finance professional with a strong background in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or Advisory services. The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction support, along with the ability to manage high-performing teams and deliver complex financial projects within tight timelines. Job Description / Responsibilities • Build financial models from scratch. • Minimum 2-3 years of team management experience. • Oversee team deliverables and ensure successful project execution. • Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, including: o Detailed 3-statement forecasting o Scenario analysis o Capital structure modeling o Leveraged buyout (LBO) and merger modeling • Strong understanding of business valuation techniques such as DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis. • Analyze company reports and financial documents to prepare pitch books, company profiles, benchmarking analyses, and trading/transaction comps. • Ability to interpret financial statements, IPO prospectuses, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other regulatory filings. • Support team building, conduct training sessions, assist in business development, and maintain client communication via phone, video calls, and email (as required). • Familiarity with financial databases like Capital IQ (CapIQ), PitchBook, and FactSet. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
