Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor, located in Thrissur. The Student Counselor will be responsible for guiding and advising students throughout their academic journey, particularly focusing on their higher education abroad. Tasks include providing student and career counseling, handling communication with students and their families, offering excellent customer service, and assisting with the overall education planning and application process. Qualifications Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in the Education sector Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students Ability to work effectively in a team Relevant certifications or a degree in counseling, psychology, education, or a related field is preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
