The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven track record of delivering technical projects in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing Data Centre Infrastructure Fit Out Projects, with a focus on Project Management of various systems including Network/IT, MEP, and ELV. Your role will involve client interaction, project progress reporting, and serving as the main point of contact on behalf of the owner. You should possess extensive leadership experience in the Engineering/Construction field and demonstrate the ability to successfully deliver medium to large-sized construction projects. A strong understanding of engineering design and operational aspects of mission-critical facilities is essential. Your responsibilities will include managing project costs, implementing risk mitigation measures, and ensuring projects are delivered within the framework of environmental, sustainability, health, and safety standards. As a Project Manager, you will review project design and contract documentation, attend project meetings, provide regular reports to clients, and coordinate with internal stakeholders. You will be required to manage project schedules, change management processes, and contractor invoices. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing installation methods, workmanship, and quality assurance processes. To be successful in this role, you must have experience working in a fast-track environment, preferably within data center construction developments. Strong Project and Programme Management experience, excellent communication skills, and a logical approach to problem-solving are essential. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Project management qualifications such as PMI/PMP are preferred.
