Business Development Manager – RFID / IT Hardware Sales Industry: RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) / IT Hardware Employment Type: Full Time Location: East Delhi Working Days: Monday – Saturday Experience Required: 4+ Years About the Role We are hiring an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT Hardware or RFID product/solution sales . The right candidate should have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Prior experience or sound knowledge of RFID sales will be an added advantage . This role requires a mix of 70% online sales (via platforms like Indiamart, TradeIndia, Justdial, LinkedIn) and 30% offline sales (client visits, meetings, presentations). Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads through research, networking, and cold calling. Generate sales leads via online B2B platforms such as Indiamart, TradeIndia, Justdial, and LinkedIn . Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the IT hardware and RFID industry . Conduct client needs assessments and offer tailored business solutions. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations . Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals . Provide ongoing consultation and customer support to ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated with RFID and IT hardware market trends, competitors, and new technologies . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of solutions. Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM data, and sales forecasts . Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 4+ years of proven experience in B2B sales – preferably in IT Hardware, RFID products, or technology solutions . Strong knowledge of lead generation and sales pipelines . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Ability to build long-term client relationships and close high-value deals. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven professional. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite . Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
