RFF

Role & responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts including general ledger, AP/AR, and bank transactions. Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance as per applicable laws. Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements . Manage month-end and year-end closing , including journal entries and reconciliations. Track inventory costing , material consumption, and stock reconciliation for raw materials (wood, metal, fittings, etc.). Monitor factory expenses, project-wise costing , and prepare cost variance analysis. Coordinate with purchase and production teams for vendor payments and costing accuracy. Oversee payroll accounting and statutory payments (PF, ESI, etc.). Liaise with external auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits. Prepare and submit regular MIS reports to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and internal SOPs. Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Preferred candidate profile B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) 58 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3+ years in a manufacturing environment CA Inter or CMA Inter is a plus
