We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued patients. This role is ideal for someone with prior administrative experience in a cosmetic clinic, medical spa, or dental office who understands the importance of patient experience, professionalism, and detail. Key Responsibilities: Welcome patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for. Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and treatments while managing the clinic calendar efficiently. Assist with patient records, and appointment confirmations. Process payments and manage invoicing with accuracy and discretion. Maintain a polished and organized reception area. Qualifications: 1–2 years of administrative/receptionist experience in a cosmetic clinic, dental office, or medical spa (required). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
