Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with deep knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and manual accounting processes . The ideal candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day accounts independently, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations. Key Responsibilities: Daily bookkeeping and journal entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime Maintain ledger, cash book, bank reconciliation, and stock register Prepare invoices, vouchers, challans, and other accounting documents Manual record keeping and tallying with system entries Handling GST returns, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory filings Finalization of accounts and preparation of trial balance, P&L and balance sheet Coordinating with auditors and handling audit queries Inventory and payroll accounting Preparing MIS reports as required by management Key Skills Required: Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime Strong understanding of Accounting principles (manual & computerized) Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax rules and compliance Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations Ability to work independently and handle confidential data Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification in Accounting Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience Preferred Candidate: Someone who can work both digitally and on-paper (manual accounting) Good communication and organizational skills Honest, reliable, and punctual Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 04/06/2025
