We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, analyze, and validate cost estimates for projects. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate cost planning. Evaluate tenders, vendor quotations, and contracts to provide cost-efficient solutions. Maintain a comprehensive database of materials, labor costs, and other project-related expenses. Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to management. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2 to 10 years of experience in estimation within the real estate or construction industry. Strong knowledge of cost estimation software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Key Responsibilities: Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is kept clean and organized, including common areas, restrooms, and kitchen. Assist with the arrangement of office furniture, equipment, and supplies. Empty trash bins, clean windows, and perform general housekeeping duties. Office Supplies: Maintain inventory of office supplies such as stationery, printer paper, and kitchen items. Ensure timely ordering of supplies and restocking of items when necessary. Distribute supplies to office staff as required. Courier & Errands: Handle outgoing and incoming mail and packages. Coordinate with delivery services and handle office-related courier tasks. Run errands, such as purchasing office supplies, food for meetings, or other required items. Assisting Staff: Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees or clients during meetings. Set up meeting rooms, arrange seating, and ensure that necessary materials (e.g., flip charts, projectors) are available. Assist in any other ad hoc administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, or delivering documents within the office. Support to Management: Assist senior management and other staff with personal administrative support as needed. Help with setting up and cleaning up after office events, meetings, or lunches. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the office is compliant with basic health and safety regulations, particularly cleanliness and hygiene. Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining area, including washing dishes and cleaning appliances.
