We are hiring a Lead Generation Executive to support our sales team by building qualified leads and creating consistent business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have experience in international lead generation (USA/global) , outbound outreach, and CRM tools. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential leads across target industries (SaaS, marketing agencies, recruiters, brands, SMEs). Build and maintain prospect lists for USA and global markets . Run cold email outreach campaigns . Execute LinkedIn prospecting & outreach (Sales Navigator, DMs, connection requests). Collect and qualify leads from business directories & B2B platforms . Maintain and update CRM. Share weekly reports on leads generated, response rates, and meetings booked. Required Skills 1–3 years of experience in lead generation / sales support . Strong research skills for finding verified contacts. Hands-on experience with tools. Familiarity with email campaigns & LinkedIn outreach. Good written communication in English. Basic CRM knowledge. What We Offer Fixed salary: ₹25K–₹30K/month + performance incentives.
