Skills needed- - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. - Preferably someone who has strong knowledge of the Weddings / Events / Hotel / Travel industry. - Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals. - Relationship management with clients & hotel partners. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving. - Ability to work under pressure. - 5-6 years of experience in Sales (preferably in hospitality/ events/ travel). Responsibility- - Manage end-to-end sales for hotel group bookings across multiple chains (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Leela, etc.) - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and follow-ups. - Pitch and present our service to potential clients effectively. - Develop sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets. - Understand client requirements and provide suitable hotel options. - Coordinate with the team and hotels for availability, pricing, and negotiations. - Track leads, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
