Job Description: Revesco is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating the clinical needs of our patients during home visits to create adequate treatment plans to help them. You will work with our patients to assist in practicing exercises and physical therapy designed to ease pain and increase mobility, and you must be well versed in the study of physical therapy with a background in rehabilitating patients with illnesses or injuries. Role & responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs Develop and implement customized treatment plans Provide education and support to patients and their families Monitor and document patient progress Adjust treatments as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes Conduct complex mobilization techniques as per requirement Planning and organizing physiotherapy and fitness programs Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Physiotherapy State Council or IAP certified/ license holder Valid license to practice as a physiotherapist Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience in home care settings is preferred
