Monitoring eye tests, QC drawers, Wooqer entries, CL expiry, merchandise, instrument calibration, KMT products, and ensuring Store NPS is achieved through training and troubleshooting will also be part of your role. You will be responsible for welcoming new talent, conducting interviews, and onboarding new staff. Regular training sessions will be conducted for new staff to analyze SOPs and measure training impact on store performance. To excel in this role, you must hold a Diploma in Optometry with a minimum of 3 years of retail experience and a good track record.
