We are looking for a dynamic Onsite Marketing Executive who can drive business growth and client relationships across outdoor and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Business Development – Outdoor Media Identify and pitch potential clients for airport media, hoardings, and events. Generate new leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into business. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business. Onsite Client Engagement Meet clients at their offices, airports, and event venues to present proposals. Coordinate with internal teams for site surveys, media planning, and campaign execution. Provide real-time support and updates to clients during installations or events. Digital & Social Media Identify businesses that require social media management and pitch Revell’s services. Work closely with the digital team to align offline (outdoor) and online (social) campaigns. Market Research & Strategy Track competitor activities in outdoor advertising and digital marketing. Suggest innovative ideas for media placements, events, and client activations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in outdoor media, event marketing, or client servicing (preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, Marathi). Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable with frequent travel across Pune/Mumbai.
