Manage order follow-ups and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with the production team for custom orders and client requirements. Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business. Participate in exhibitions, pop-up events, and promotional activities. Assist in basic social media promotions and product showcasing. Prepare and maintain sales reports.
