Job Description

As an RSA Archer Developer, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in RSA Archer and GRC to develop applications, questionnaires, dashboards, and more on the Archer platform. With up to 9 years of relevant experience, you will play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions within the Archer framework. Your responsibilities will include developing custom objects using JavaScript or other supported programming languages, creating archer fields, layouts, data-driven events, and workflows using advanced workflow functionalities. Integration with other systems using various methods like data publication, data import, and data feed will also be a part of your core tasks. You will be expected to create searches, reports, and dashboards, manage Archer users, roles, and groups, configure notifications, and handle translations efficiently. Additionally, you will optimize existing applications, add new features, and ensure seamless functionality without impacting other applications. Your role will involve customizing and enhancing the default Archer user interface, developing test cases, facilitating unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, and documenting test results. Building packages, installing them on other Archer instances, and supporting teams in creating user documentation and user training will also be part of your responsibilities. A good understanding of Agile values and principles, experience in highly regulated environments, strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and self-motivation are essential traits for this role. Working independently and collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver efficient solutions will be crucial in this position.,
