Roles and Responsibilities:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in food or beverage processing (retort operation experience preferred). Knowledge of thermal processing, HACCP principles, and food safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret processing charts, logs, and equipment manuals.
Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and documentation accuracy.
Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks and withstand hot working conditions.
Basic computer skills for data entry and process logging.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
