Skill Set

Good written and verbal communication skills
Should be able to read/understand pathology reports and other medical records to identify medical condition and diseases.
Working knowledge of the health care insurance industry and relevant federal and state regulations.
Working knowledge of the insurance industry.
Ability to read and interpret documents
Should be flexible to work in continuous night /rotational shifts as per business requirement
Good computer skills

Communication skills

Ability to write, speak and comprehend in English
Ability to understand claim related documents and make deductions on member history
Typing speed of 35+ WPM
