Responsibilities : Provide financial insights and projections to be used in decision-making and planning. Partner directly with the finance and commercial teams to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews. Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights. Identify and research variances to aid in forecasting & budgeting, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Perform ad-hoc data analysis tasks as directed by supervisor(s). Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made. Skills : General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles. Should be well-versed in using the big data and maximize process automation for data analysis accordingly. Experience developing financial reports and metrics. Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment. Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills (Power BI/Qlik Sense is). Requirements: Cleared Intermediate level CA (both groups) with CA Finals due in November 2025 or later and eligible for Industrial Training 2+ years of Articleship experience with a reputed firm (Big 4 preferred) Candidate should be based out of Kolkata and willing to occasionally travel when required.

Job Summary: We need a creative and detail-focused Social Media Executive to oversee and expand our brand's presence on multiple social platforms. The successful candidate is enthusiastic about digital storytelling, aware of today's trends, and proficient at developing compelling content that generates traffic, fosters community, and advances our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Create, implement, and manage our social media presence. Develop and schedule content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Coordinate with team for updates, content adjustments, and landing page build. Upload and control blog posts, banners, product descriptions, or event pages through CMS. Make sure that the website content is synchronized with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging. Assist with simple SEO activities such as keyword integration and meta content refresh. Monitor simple website Work with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing content. Monitor and report on key performance metrics (engagement, growth, conversions, etc.). Work with internal departments to assist with campaign promos, product launches, and calendar events creatives. Monitor social competitor activity and report on findings. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or other relevant field. 25 years of relevant working experience. Creative thought process with an good sense of design and trends. Experience on design tools. Multiple task management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. SEO knowledge and awareness of how social affects search visibility.
