JOB SUMMARY :

To design, deliver, and evaluate effective sales training programs for employees in Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBO) of the Vaya. The training aims to enhance customer experience, increase sales, and drive footfall by equipping employees with the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to excel in retail sales and customer service.

The candidate should understand the products of the company, its market presence, target audience, market positioning & strategy to design an effective training plan. The person will involve in creating the latest Training Methods & Learning Curriculum.

5+ years of experience in Sales Training / Product Training preferably from the Sales driven organisations
Flexibility to travel
Ability to create contents for training and curriculum development
Ability to deliver tasks independently
Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage
