Retail Salesperson

As a Salesperson for the Furniture shop, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting and purchasing furniture items that meet their needs and preferences. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and offering product recommendations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the showroom by ensuring that all furniture displays are neat, clean, and well-organized. You may also be required to process transactions, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and assist in inventory management. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong knowledge of different types of furniture, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior experience in sales, particularly in the furniture or home decor industry, would be advantageous.
