Job Title: Retail Sales Officer (RSO) - Diamond Showroom
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales:
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Showcase diamond jewelry collections and make recommendations to customers.
- Identify and approach potential customers.
2. Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of diamond jewelry products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Make recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
4. Store Operations:
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Visual Merchandising:
- Ensure attractive display and presentation of diamond jewelry products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
