Retail Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer experiences, training staff, and implementing effective sales strategies for our premium furniture and home décor store. Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership Drive and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates. Identify high-potential products and promote them effectively. Customer Experience Ensure every customer receives personalized and professional service. Resolve customer queries or complaints with a focus on satisfaction and retention. Build relationships with high-value clients and interior designers for repeat business. Team Management Supervise and motivate the sales team to perform at their best. Train team members in product knowledge, customer handling, and upselling techniques. Conduct regular briefings and performance evaluations. Visual Merchandising & Floor Management Ensure products are well-displayed and the showroom is organized and welcoming. Coordinate with the visual merchandising team (if any) or take initiative to keep displays attractive and seasonally updated. Reporting & Analysis Maintain sales reports, customer feedback logs, and team performance records. Provide insights into best-selling products and customer preferences. Collaborate with management on stock planning based on sales trends. Marketing Coordination Support marketing campaigns by aligning the in-store team with current promotions. Contribute ideas for offers, events, and collaborations that can boost sales. Qualifications & Skills: 3+ years of retail sales experience (furniture/home décor experience preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Goal-oriented with a proven sales track record. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle objections gracefully. Basic knowledge of billing systems and CRM tools is a plus. Fluent in [English and local language].
