Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Consultation:
Greet clients, analyze prescription needs, and advise on frame styles, face shapes, and lifestyle requirements.
Lens & Product Education:
Explain lens options, anti-reflective coatings, progressive lenses, and UV protection.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Convert walk-in traffic or eye-screening camp attendees into paying customers to hit monthly quotas.
Measurements & Fittings:
Take pupillary distance (PD) measurements, adjust/repair frames for comfort, and handle final delivery.
Order & Inventory Management:
Process work orders, track stock levels, and coordinate with assembly labs or warehouses.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience:
1 to 3 years in optical retail, eye clinics, or customer-facing sales
Should be able to speak Hindi language.
