Job Role & Responsibilities: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail showroom with a focus on professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. Your duties will include warmly welcoming walk-in customers, understanding their specific requirements, and expertly guiding them through our range of framing solutions. In addition, you will conduct on-site visits to assist clients in framing and planning wall displays, fostering strong relationships with interior designers, architects, artists, and dcor professionals, and actively seeking out new business opportunities through networking initiatives. You will also be involved in executing marketing strategies to enhance footfall and brand visibility, maintaining client records, ensuring post-sale service and referrals, and collaborating with internal teams to uphold delivery schedules and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: - Proficiency in communication in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi. - A pleasant demeanor coupled with a professional approach to client interactions. - Strong ability to quickly grasp new concepts and a keen eye for design and detail. - Ethical, disciplined, and self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset. - Previous experience or established contacts within the interior design, architecture, or art industry would be advantageous.
