Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, provide assistance, and resolve complaints to create a positive shopping experience.
Sales & Product Knowledge: Recommend products based on customer needs, demonstrate product features, and actively promote sales to increase store revenue.
Inventory Management: Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and manage inventory to ensure products are available and the store is well-presented.
Transaction Processing: Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and manage receipts and sales totals.
Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized, arranging merchandise displays to attract customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
