We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and a deep understanding of retail formats. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and detailing retail environments including stores, kiosks, and other retail touchpoints Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD for various retail formats. Create space plans, zoning layouts, fixture plans, RCPs, elevations, and detail drawings. Collaborate with design, VM, and project management teams to meet brand and operational requirements. Conduct site analysis, space planning, and feasibility studies. Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility, safety, and local regulations. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for project execution. Review and approve shop drawings, BOQs, and material specifications Desired Candidate Profile: Should have worked with a leading product design / Fixture Vendor Firm. Good Knowledge of small details of retail fixtures, materials & have factory machinery & process knowledge (Wood & metal Fixtures). Should have excellent interpersonal & presentation skills. Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3DS Max is a plus. Experience in retail store design (including formats like high street, mall, kiosk, and large-format stores). Strong understanding of materials, fixtures, finishes, and retail functionality. Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail. Good communication and presentation skills.
