Urgent Hiring in Top AMC Company Job Location :- Udaipur , Jaipur , Ajmer and Ambala Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned banks and to drive the sales of MF, AIF, and PMS products. Collaborate with bank partners to understand their needs, provide product training, and ensure effective product knowledge dissemination. Carry out huddles, group meetings, one on one meetings with assigned relationships to track distribution performance, provide feedback, and plan corrective actions. Conduct promotional activities, campaigns, and events in collaboration with the bank's distribution team to create product awareness and generate leads. Develop and execute strategies to increase penetration of AMC's products within the bank's existing client base. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and develop strategies for market expansion. Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure the product portfolio remains competitive and relevant. Use data-driven insights to recommend actionable strategies for growth and improvement. Preferred candidate profile Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in AMC, Mutual Fund, or Wealth Management sales. Skills: o Good understanding of MF, PMS, and other financial products will be an added advantage. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Certification: NISM - VA & XXI-A Certification is preferred.
