One Post. Aurangabad based. Reporting to Recruitment Manager. Graduate with 5 years experience in recruitment process. Responsible for Updating job descriptions, Screen resumes or applications. Maintain rapport with manpower consultants, examining, shortlisting applications and coordination with candidates and interviewers. Draft and release advertisement in local newspapers, conduct walk-in interviews and job fairs. Exposure to handle various Job portals and use of social media for job posting is essential. Required Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Understanding of technical and non-technical roles in manufacturing (e.g., engineers, machine operators, quality inspectors, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple positions simultaneously. Preferred Skills : Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliances. Exposure to blue-collar and campus recruitment. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools. Fluent in [local language] and English. Permanent vacancy with expected association of five years. Age : 28 years.
