About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Juice Maker to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should know how to prepare fresh juices, mocktails, smoothies, and other beverages while maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, shakes, smoothies, and other beverages
• Wash, peel, cut, and process fruits and vegetables safely and efficiently
• Ensure freshness and proper storage of ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the juice counter and equipment
• Take customer orders and serve beverages promptly
• Manage stock of fruits, milk, and other ingredients
• Follow standard recipes to ensure consistent taste and quality
• Maintain a clean and attractive work area at all times
