Chinese Cuisine Chef Required (Multi-Cuisine Specialist)

We are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef who is highly skilled and confident in preparing a wide variety of Chinese & Indo-Chinese dishes.

Must be expert in:

• All types of Soups
• Noodles (Hakka, Schezwan, Pan-fried, etc.)
• All varieties of Fried Rice
• Manchurian (Veg / Paneer / Soya / Chaap)
• Chilli dishes – Chilli Paneer, Chilli Chaap, Chilli Potato
• Starters & Snacks – Corn Balls, Cheese Fingers, Cheese Lollipop
• Spring Rolls
• All types of Momos (Steamed, Fried, Tandoori, etc.)
• Sauces & Flavours – Red, White, Pink, Peri-Peri
• Pasta – White Sauce, Red Sauce & Fusion styles

Requirements: • Proven experience as a Chinese Chef

• Ability to maintain taste consistency & hygiene
• Fast working and kitchen management skills
• Should be able to handle bulk orders
