Duties & Responsibilities of Captain
· Greeting guests and presenting them with the menu.
· Responsible for operating the section assigned to him/ her.
· Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly.
· Organizing duty roster of service staff.
· Should able to introduce innovative ideas for generating targeted sale Guest interaction.
· Taking food and beverage orders from the guest.
· Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
· Punch the order on the POS machine and make sure to enter the special requirements made by the guest while ordering the food.
· Co - ordinate with the kitchen staff, bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
· Serve food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
