We are currently seeking a new team member for the position of Technical Project Manager Automotive. As a Technical Project Manager, your responsibilities will include steering and leading projects in the area of CMS (Camera Monitoring System). You will have the technical responsibility of the project team within a matrix organization structure. Your role involves leading the global project team across various locations by setting goals and planning resources. It will be essential to define project milestones, coordinate activities, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are met in terms of costs, requirements, and timelines. You will also be responsible for assigning roles and tasks within projects, initiating necessary actions in case of risks or deviations from approved project baselines, and executing projects while adhering to established company processes and relevant automotive standards. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing strategies for project planning, execution, monitoring, and control. Managing department-specific KPIs, preparing project status reports and documentation, driving the change and risk management processes, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives are also part of your role.
