Responsible AI Tech Lead

Role Overview: As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. You will design and deploy Responsible AI solutions, align AI projects with ethical principles, and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve providing leadership, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and advocating for the adoption of ethical AI practices. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Agentic AI solutions, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services (LLMs & SLMs). - Lead the design and architecture of multi-agent systems, integrating them seamlessly into enterprise ecosystems. - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver cutting-edge GenAI/Agentic solutions with measurable business impact. - Define and implement Responsible AI practices across solution lifecycles, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements. - Mentor and guide teams on best practices in agentic AI system design, orchestration, and deployment. - Drive key architectural and technical decisions across multiple projects and teams. - Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and training on Microsoft's Agentic AI stack. - Continuously evaluate solution performance and recommend optimizations for scalability, accuracy, and compliance. Qualifications Required: - Must-Have Skills: - Deep expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services. - Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs) fine-tuning, deployment, and integration into enterprise systems. - Proven experience in designing and implementing agentic AI architectures. - Hands-on experience in Python, Visual Studio Code. - Additional Skills: - Strong understanding of Responsible AI frameworks and governance policies. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in AI. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
