Resort Marketing Excutive

Beach Waves Resort is seeking a dynamic and creative Resort Marketing Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively connect with potential, interested, and cold leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to drive bookings and achieve sales targets.
• Engage with past guests to encourage repeat business through exclusive offers and loyalty programs.
• Clearly and persuasively promote the resort's exclusive packages, seasonal offers, and discounts.
• Identify and secure new corporate clients and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) business through proactive outreach and physical meetings.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Maintain an accurate database of leads, interactions, and sales conversions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
