We Are Hiring: Resort Manager Location: The Kaziranga Address, Kohora, Kaziranga National Park, Assam Role Type: Full-Time | On-Site (Accommodation Provided) The Kaziranga Address, a luxury boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Assam’s pristine wilderness, is seeking a Resort Manager to lead our operations and uphold the high standards of hospitality our guests have come to expect. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, thrives in a nature-driven setting, and can oversee all aspects of resort management with professionalism, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance Lead and manage the on-site team to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-centric operations Maintain service excellence and consistency in line with the hotel’s standards Handle bookings, guest correspondence, and OTA platforms with accuracy and responsiveness Coordinate with vendors, local service providers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of services Uphold compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality regulations Support event and banquet functions at our in-house venue, Sarokri , as needed Candidate Profile: 3–5 years of prior experience in hotel or resort operations, preferably in boutique or luxury properties Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Proven ability to work independently and manage a multidisciplinary team Prior experience in remote or nature-based hospitality locations will be considered an advantage Willingness to reside on-site and adapt to a serene, nature-centric environment What We Offer: Competitive salary On-site accommodation Opportunity to be part of a unique, guest-focused hospitality experience in one of India’s most celebrated natural destinations To Apply: Please send your CV and a brief cover letter to admin@thekazirangaaddress.com or contact us at +91 9159866130 .
