With multiple properties across Kerala and Karnataka, we aim to deliver excellence in operations, service, and customer satisfaction. Role Overview: We are looking for a resort manager who can take complete charge of day-to-day operations, staff coordination, guest experience, and vendor management. This is a key leadership role that requires someone who is responsible, proactive, and passionate about the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily resort operations Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out experiences Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, and front office staff Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution Maintain quality and hygiene standards Inventory and vendor management Report daily updates to management Coordinate bookings with central reservation team Requirements: Prior experience in resort/hotel operations preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Basic computer and mobile app usage (OTA / WhatsApp / Excel) Fluent in Malayalam and basic English; Hindi or Kannada is a plus Must stay on-site or be available full-time Salary & Benefits: Monthly salary up to ₹20,000 Accommodation can be provided if required Food allowance or staff meals Opportunity to grow into cluster-level roles How to Apply: Apply directly on Indeed or send your resume to .+91 89218 56969 Only serious candidates with a commitment to long-term growth will be considered.
