What We Are Looking For Qualification: Instrumentation or Electrical Engineers with 5+ years of Industrial Automation experience. PLC Expertise: Strong experience in Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi PLC systems. Protocol Knowledge: Familiarity with Modbus, Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet IP. Instrumentation Skills: Experience with flow , pressure, level, temperature measurement devices and interfacing methods. Advantage for candidates experienced with Energy Meters, Vision Systems/Scanners, Power Supplies, Laser Markers, and CNC Process Controllers. Responsibilities Technical Skills: Ability to perform onsite/offline troubleshooting. Experience in identification, selection, and procurement of automation and instrumentation systems. Skilled in architecting process control solutions and automation systems. Preference for candidates familiar with process plant environments. On-Site Execution: Supervise installation and commissioning activities across multiple sites Coordinate with customer electrical, instrumentation, and maintenance teams. Manage daily progress reports and resolve on-site issues. Support procurement and material validation as needed. Panel Design & Testing: Design, assemble, and test electrical panels for industrial setups. Create and maintain schematics, layouts, and drawings. Design and implement power supply systems for sensors and associated devices. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations. Field Work: Travel to customer sites for system deployment and troubleshooting. Provide quick and reliable solutions while ensuring project deadlines. Must have hands-on site experience , including interaction with customer engineers (hardware, network, cabling, etc.). Conduct knowledge transfer and training for customers and stakeholders. Professional Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to maintain strong client relationships. Self-directed, proactive, and team-oriented approach. Open to fast learners with strong technical aptitude, even without prior specific experience. Nice to Have Knowledge of automation product brands and their range. Basic programming knowledge Python and Linux OS. Familiarity with IIoT protocols and tools HTTP, MQTT, OPC UA. Understanding of gateways Raspberry Pi or similar.
