Residential Warden

We are looking for Residential warden and supervisor who are willing to stay and work in the college premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the general welfare of residents, including their health, hygiene, and safety.
• Providing guidance, counseling, and support to students/residents, helping them adjust to hostel life and cope with challenges.
• Mediating conflicts and promoting harmonious relationships among residents.
• Enforcing hostel rules and regulations, and ensuring a respectful and orderly environment.
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the hostel, including maintenance and cleanliness.
• Coordinating with maintenance and cleaning staff, and ensuring the upkeep of facilities.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to hostel activities.
• Handling administrative tasks such as room assignments, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Coordinating with the college administration and other relevant departments.
