ob description:
1. Ensure care of patients in the ICU
2. To take a proper history of the patients problems and maintaining a record of the same.
3. To keep a record of patients entire history.
4. As some of the patients are critical in the general ward, patient care and monitoring is of utmost importance.
5. Ensure the patient is given the treatment prescribed by the doctor.
6. Ensure all medications are given on time to the patients.
7. To deal with patient complaints.
8. To take a round and to check patient’s condition from time to time.
9. To inform / update the consultant doctor/ doctor about the patient’s condition from time to time.
10. During the discharge of patient, ensure the medication and line of treatment is clear to the patient.
11. Ensure discharge card is prepared with necessary details.
12. Any other responsibility that may be assigned to this employee from time to time at the discretion of the Immediate Superiors/Director.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
