Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Role Overview: At Progenesis, as a Resident Medical Officer (RMO), you will play a crucial role in assisting couples facing infertility issues on their journey towards parenthood. Your responsibilities will include updating patient files, maintaining medical records, conducting daily OPD with a senior doctor, assisting in primary consultations, prescribing medications, and providing care to patients. You will also be involved in clinical examinations, analyzing reports, and assisting during sonography procedures. Your attention to detail in maintaining accurate medical records and guiding other staff members will be essential to ensure the smooth operation of the healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities: - Update patient files and maintain accurate medical histories. - Conduct daily OPD with a Senior Doctor. - Assist in primary consultations and assessments. - Prescribe medications and provide OPD, IPD care. - Perform clinical examinations, analyze records, reports, and test results. - Assist during sonography procedures and explain prescriptions to patients. - Maintain IPD records, prepare IPD papers, admission, and discharge summaries. - Guide other staff members as per doctor's guidelines for IPD patients. - Monitor medication administration by other staff members. Qualification Required: - 2 years of relevant experience. - Education: B.A.M.S, B.H.M.S. - Language proficiency in Marathi (Mandatory), Hindi, and English. - Female candidates preferred.
