Resident Medical Officer (RMO)- BAMS/BHMS

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Diagnose, treat, and manage acute/chronic conditions for inpatients.
• Emergency Response: Act as the first responder to medical emergencies during shifts, stabilizing patients.
• Clinical Duties: Perform medical procedures, administer treatments, take samples, and interpret tests.
• Patient Monitoring: Regularly check patient progress, update records, and ensure medications are given accurately.
• Collaboration: Work with nurses, specialists, and consultants for coordinated care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and write discharge summaries.
• Shift Management: Oversee medical activities during shifts, ensuring continuity of care.
• Communication: Liaise with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
