Resident Medical Officer - BAMS

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Resident Medical Officer (RMO) with a BAMS qualification to oversee inpatient care, provide round-the-clock medical support, and ensure smooth clinical operations within the facility. The RMO will be responsible for patient assessment, routine medical management, and coordination with senior consultants.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care

• Conduct initial assessment, daily rounds, and continuous monitoring of patients.
• Provide primary medical treatment and manage routine and emergency cases.
• Maintain detailed patient records, treatment charts, and progress notes.
• Support procedures as required and ensure timely follow-ups.

Clinical Coordination

• Coordinate with senior doctors, specialists, nursing staff, and diagnostic teams.
• Ensure proper execution of treatment plans as advised by consultants.
• Facilitate smooth communication between departments for patient care.

Emergency Management

• Attend emergency cases promptly and initiate first-level care.
• Provide stabilization and coordinate for further management or referral if needed.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate and updated medical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, medical protocols, and safety standards.
• Support audits and quality checks when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• BAMS degree from a recognized university.
• Valid registration from the relevant medical council.
• Prior experience as an RMO or medical officer (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and patient-handling ability.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Note:

Salary will be only between 15k - 20k based on Experience
