Resident Endodontist

As an Endodontist, your role involves conducting thorough examinations and using diagnostic tools such as X-rays to identify dental problems related to the pulp and nerves. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, which may include root canal therapy, endodontic surgery, or other procedures to alleviate pain and save damaged teeth. Your key responsibilities include: - Performing root canal treatments to remove infected or damaged pulp tissue from the tooth - Cleaning and disinfecting the root canals, and sealing them to prevent further infection - Performing surgical procedures such as apicoectomy or root-end resection when necessary - Providing effective pain management techniques to ensure patient comfort during and after procedures - Collaborating closely with general dentists and other specialists to coordinate patient care - Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in endodontic techniques, materials, and technology - Maintaining accurate patient records, including treatment plans, procedures performed, and follow-up appointments - Educating patients about proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of preserving natural teeth - Engaging in research activities to contribute to the advancement of endodontic knowledge and techniques In addition to your responsibilities, the company values continuing education and encourages you to stay abreast of the latest developments in the field.
