Job Description – Key Account Manager Location: Gurugram Department: Business Development / Account Management Reports To: [Head – Key Accounts / Business Head] About the Role As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and growing long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their logistics and fulfillment needs are met with efficiency and innovation. You will act as a strategic partner to our enterprise and mid-market clients, helping them leverage our e-commerce enablement solutions (logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, and tech integrations) to scale their business. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Own and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring strong relationships and retention. Act as a single point of contact for client requirements, escalations, and strategic discussions. Understand client business models, pain points, and growth objectives to recommend tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Tech, Customer Success, Finance) to deliver seamless client experience. Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling Shiprocket’s solutions (logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, SaaS integrations). Monitor client performance metrics (volumes, revenue contribution, SLA adherence, NPS) and take proactive measures for improvement. Prepare and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients to highlight performance, insights, and opportunities. Negotiate contracts, commercials, and renewals to maximize client lifetime value. Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competition, and logistics ecosystem to provide strategic inputs to clients. ⸻ Key Skills & Competencies Strong relationship management and client-facing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. ⸻ Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field 2-4 years of experience in Key Account Management / Enterprise Sales / Client Success, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, or supply chain domains.
